I Love Dad

My mom snuck in and took most of these when dad and I were having a nap. He is my favorite place for some tummy time and cozy naps.

Mom's Birthday

For my mom's birthday on Friday dad and I gave her a necklace we had made. It has my name Casimer Grey, a couple of charms and an 11 for my birth month and year...I also overheard dad saying it was her lucky roulette number. I'm not sure what roulette is but my mom tells me it has to do with gambling and that I might be able to go with my dad when I turn 21 in a faraway land called Vegas.

Dad wanted to take mom out last night for her birthday, and stay downtown overnight. This made me a little sad, but I got over it really quick when I knew that I would be having a slumber party with Grandma Candy and Poppa Duke. They drove up from Indiana to stay with me. I got lots of cuddles and they fed me so I was happy. Mom was excited because she got to eat sushi for dinner and have some drinks! Apparently she couldn't do this while I was in her tummy because we would have gotten sick. If you ask me she still looked sick when she walked in the door this morning. I'm thinking she drank something other than milk!

Christmas is going to be here next week. Rumor has it there is a fat man that loves red that will be visiting me the night before. His name is Santa and you are supposed to make a list for him telling him fun things that you would like in your stocking. I'm going to sit down with mom and dad and work on my list tonight. I also heard he likes milk and cookies, lets just hope he doesn't drink any of my milk, my mom will be so mad!

One Month Old

Yesterday was officially my one month birthday! The day started out to be a real treat. My dad fed me breakfast in bed, my favorite. Had some tummy time on dads chest, then had a couple of naps. Last night my friend Chad came to visit and then Meagan and my new friend Camille stopped by to say hello! We watched toddlers and tiaras and I must say there are some real cuties on there, but I'm into girls with a more natural look. My mom and dad got real sneaky and decided to take some pictures of me for the special day when I was asleep.

This is my friend the Swiss Cow, he is also a musician and focuses mainly on nursery music. He traveled back from Switzerland with my Great Uncle Kelly. He says he will be my tour guide when we hike the Alps next year!

This is my puppy pal, Little Buddy. He was introduced to me by my friends in Missoula, MT the Russells, Lynda and Anthony.

This is my main dog, Clifford. My nanny Kay introduced us. He is one of my more famous friends, you can probably read about him. He has written a couple of books.

The Swiss Cow is not my only musical friend, meet Little Turtle. He was introduced to me by the Millers, Ben and Tara. He plays all kinds of instruments and my mom and dad think I kind of look like him in this picture.

This is Little Z, she is my softest friend and we love to snuggle. She was introduced to me by my friends the Januszs, Bob and Mary. This is also my moms favorite picture of me, I would have to say I have to agree.

"whisper, whisper" This is my pal Beary Blue Eyes, we love to share secrets. He is one of my dearest friends, he came all the way to visit me while I was in the hospital. He was introduced to me by my friends the Krampes, Greg and Kate.

Oh, hi..you caught me by surprise! This is my pal The Judge, he comes all the way from the Big D, Dallas that is. He was introduced to me by my friend Kristin Lopez.

This is my friend Sophie, she is from France. She also likes to share secrets with me but I really have no idea what she is saying. She was introduced to me by my friends Jack and Leo Schroeder.

This is my buddy Little Bear, he is a big baseball fan and loves the Cubs...well, maybe because he is a cub. He was introduced to me by my friend Matt Steinke.

This is my friend Little G, he came all the way from Midland, TX. I'm thinking I am going to have to introduce him to Sophie... He was introduced to me by my cousins Nick and Kristen.

This pal is Rob the robot. He likes to hang out with me in my car seat when we cruise the streets with my mom and dad. He was introduced to me by my friends the Lautners, Willard and Bev.

Three days till my 1 month birthday!

My First Growth Spurt

Apparently the three week mark is one of the times in my first year that I will feel like I am starving to death. My poor parents, I have been chowing down just about every hour the past three days and there seems to be no end in sight! Hopefully I will fit into some of my cute clothes now, my mom has to keep rolling up my sleeves and I feel like I look silly.

Sometimes my parents like to trick me into thinking that there is a bottle in my mouth, but I have gotten so smart I just spit it right out.
