Thanksgiving in Indiana

My dad had a crazy idea that I would want to take my first car ride the same week I came home from the hospital...I think he really just wanted some good Thanksgiving food.
I didn't mind the car ride, only had to take one stop along the way for a bathroom break and a snack.
We didn't let anyone know we were coming and boy were they surprised. My Auntie Julie nearly gave me a heart attack when we walked in. I have never heard an adult scream before, geesh it is scary!
I had so much fun meeting all of my family for the first time, and cannot wait to go back for my very first Christmas. Looking forward to that trip, my mom tells me we might take the train!
